To the point tips

This "Chapter 0" is short and to the point. Offers good preconception health and lifestyle tips. The writer includes sites (URL hyperlinks) with supporting information and also has a bibliography.

Good reference

Useful information and guidelines for pregnancy is given. Simple narrative style. Nice one. A good book for couples trying to conceive baby.
