You're not a true author if you surf the web to acquire recipes to make a cookbook. You're actually a plagiarist. This mess that is laughingly called a cookbook is full of recipes from all over the web. There is no consistency with the recipes as far as weights & measures go. It's hit & miss. Some recipes use American measurements, some use Euro measurements. Most recipes have commonly known & used ingredients, others have mystery ingredients that are more or less unknown or not used by Americans. What is demerara? I know it's some kind of sugar but I've never seen it in an American grocery store. Suet? I haven't seen suet sold in an American grocery store in more than a decade. The directions for these recipes are often incomplete. For example, one recipe I saw doesn't tell you what oven temperature is needed to bake the recipe. Others have a sauce included & the directions don't tell you how to make the sauce. Some of the recipes were repeated several times but were given different names. You may find some recipes that you really like in this mess... Just be aware that you may need to convert the weights/measures or try to find substitutes for unknown or unusual ingredients. I put this 'author' on my DNR list.
First, it would be nice to have photos. Second, I noticed with a couple of recipes, it was hard to distinguish between where the instructions for the bread pudding ended and the instructions for the sauce began.
