A demonic angel with a heart of ice, Veiron walks a dark path with vengeance on his mind. Pulled into an incredible world where war is set to ignite and darkness is on the rise, Erin races with Veiron to escape the Devil's legions in a journey fraught with danger and filled with passion that flares white-hot.

I have read many of Felicity Heaton's books, but I have never read this series and boy was I missing out on something, so I am so glad I discovered it because it is fantastic. Though this is book 5 in the series it can be read as a stand alone, but you are introduced to characters that were featured in previous books of their own therefore and I plan to read them as well.
What started out as a story about a young woman encountering a demonic angel sent to rescue her from the bowels of Hell turned out to be so much more. Not only are there twists and turns occurring in the storyline, but with Veiron and Erin as well.
I loved how Veiron tried to tamper down his attraction to Erin, but most of all the deep, soul-burning connection that the two developed. Wow all I can say is Veiron is one deep, passionate lover that when he growls “Mine” you wish you were the one he was saying it to.
Again this book surprised me because just as I thought the story was heading in one direction, BAM, a new twist occurred that left me speechless. Put it this way, if I keep thinking about a book all day long and waiting for the chance to get back to where I left off then is it a great book and this is one of those books. As usual Felicity's writing is so detailed that you feel the intensity of the emotions and the storyline is is full of action, intrigue and passion that I found myself riding an emotional rollercoaster. This book at times had my heart aching with tears running down my face to fantasizing that I was in Erin's place during the passionate scenes.
This is a must read book if you love paranormal romances featuring a demonic angel who will sacrifice everything for his soulmate and a woman demonstrates compassion, tenderness, loyalty and self-sacrifice for the ones she loves.
Where to start with this review.....HOT men...kick ass leading ladies....HOT men...fabulous writing...did I mention the HOT men???
Seriously after reading this ARC book I want to take a moment to bow down to the awesomeness that is Felicity Heaton! 5 stars is not enough for this book, as it is not often that a book moves me to laugh, cry and be a little (ok a LOT) envious of the leading lady but this book has it all!
Her Demonic Angel is my new favorite book of this series and I didn't think this was possible after meeting Apollyon in Her Dark Angel (Book 1). How wrong could I be...
Veiron is a bad boy with a loving poetic heart and when he loves he gives it his all...*sigh*...who couldn't fall in love with this character?? He is fiercely protective of those he loves and of course has a jealous side which made me very envious of Erin.
Erin is a sassy strong willed heroine with immense courage as she stands up for what she believes in whether that be for her lover, friends or even trying to beat the Devil at his own games.
The story is filled with smokin hot love scenes, fast packed action scenes whilst the war between Heaven & Hell rages on. This is the first book I have read that goes along this vastly divided route where Hell is beyond evil and Heaven should be all that is good but the way the Angels are treated in this series it seriously makes you wonder about the goodness which makes for a very refreshing read.
Safe to say I LOVED this book and the only downside is that you have to wait for the next in the series. Will just have to loose myself in another Felicity read in the meanwhile....
Review of HER DEMONIC ANGEL by Felicity Heaton Written by Sandy Lion
I received an ARC of the 5th book in the HER ANGEL series from a favorite author of mine, Felicity Heaton. HER DEMONIC ANGEL would have been the 1st book I would have actually read in the series, so being a series die-hard that I am, I had to at least read the 1st book in the series, HER DARK ANGEL, to make sure I could get a feel for the series and how it was heading. I also read excerpts of the other books hoping I would not make a mistake jumping to book 5 before reading books 2-4. I was extremely impressed with HER DARK ANGEL, and thought that I had a good enough handle on the series to go on to book 5, and think the book can be read as a stand alone if someone chooses that route. I HIGHLY suggest reading the entire series in order though, now that I have read book 1 and 5, because I will be going back to read 2-4. I think the missing stories held in those books will only enhance the reader’s experience when they get to HER DEMONIC ANGEL.
That being said, this book takes you on quite a journey that I truly did not see coming when I first started the opening chapters. The basic premise in the Her Angel series at this point in the series is Heaven and Hell use angels (heavenly and demonic one’s) as pawns in an endless or eternal game between the two kingdoms. As you could have guessed, in this story, the actual villains are god and the devil, who serve as the masters for the angels. They can force the angels, against their wills, by lies, deception, or memory enhancement, or reincarnation to do pretty much anything they want.
The main hero of our story is Veiron. He has been caught in and endless loop of good versus evil with another guardian angel, Marcus and an reincarnated version of the 1st angel, Amelia (Book 4, HER GUARDIAN ANGEL). Veiron is a demonic angel who is a fallen guardian angel that is tied to Amelia and has rebelled along with Marcus and others to not be pawns in the games of heaven and hell. As can be expected, he has some anger management issues and a vengeance mission for all his past.
Our heroine happens to be Erin. She is Amelia’s sister and in the beginning of the story has been kidnapped by the devil and imprisoned in hell. Amelia asks Verion to try to retrieve her and we begin what amounts to our twisted tale. Erin has enough attitudes throughout the rescue mission to worm her way under the skin of the dangerous Verion, as the fight off hell’s forces time and again even after they make it to earth and London. But when Erin gets seriously wounded, Verion realizes he is in over his head in how much he cares for the sassy mortal. He races her to friends for some healing, Einar and Taylor (Book 3, HER WARRIOR ANGEL)
It is after this injury that the chemistry and passion between these 2 characters really flares to life. Up until this point Erin and Verion are both doing the dance, “Does he care for me? Does she not? Should I run away? Should I not?” We all know, and sigh, love the dance if it is done properly. F. Heaton does a great job of not overplaying up the internal angst of the characters and their capitulation to their inner longings that keeps pulling them closer together.
Of course turmoil heads their way in the form of the unlikely form of her sister. When Verion and Erin meet up finally with Marcus and Amelia, issues of an unknown power, an unknown future, and overbearing, sisterly interference threaten to not only jeopardize their fresh union, but sends Verion, Einar, and Marcus on a mission to Hell for information. Erin has been having visions that speak of doom, but no one can prevent or predict the future for this couple.
It was at this point in the book, that I was slightly dizzy with the different turns the book takes with the story. F.Heaton focuses on the ideas of rebirth and vengeance as well as the definitions of good and evil that was introduced in the beginning. She takes them to a different level with Erin’s acceptance of herself and what she must do as well as her acceptance of Verion and what that means. I have to admit I was surprised at how the story unfurled and did not see how the last several chapters would play out to any extent. Its also was nice how there was a well placed balance between private, intense moments between the two characters and action packed intense plot twists or situations. F. Heaton also gets a “thumbs up” for a good ending, because I love an author who can use just the right words to end her book. 4.5 out of 5 star over all rating

I was really excited to read this one because I loved Veiron's character in book #5... Her Guardian Angel And it was kind of fun switching from the Guardian Angel to the Demon Angel... and I loved them both! Veiron is a fallen angel so there is goodness in him... and his story is a very complicated one. So, it is important that you start with book four before reading this one... but you DO NOT have to go back to book one if you haven't read any of the books in this series. Starting with book four is a good place to dive in... Erin is the sister of Amelia, whose story unfolded in the last book. Amelia is wanted by both heaven and hell. Erin was captured and taken to hell to be used as bait in an attempt to capture her. Amelia sends Veiron to find and free her sister and bring her back to the human realm. But, as the story unfolds, the true purpose for Erin being taken is much more complicated than her just being bait. It seems the Devil had a different purpose for wanting Erin all together. And, she wasn't happy about it... and I don't blame her. The reunion between Amelia and Erin wasn't the loving sister reunion you would think it would be... it seems Amelia does not have any fond feelings for the Demon Angel. I have to say that I didn't care for Amelia's attitude. And, I was kind of waiting with a grin for Erin to put her in her place. The typical bossy sister right?? The attraction between Veiron and Erin is HOT, HOT, HOT... loved them as a couple. Veiron's reactions to her had me laughing out loud at times. I simply loved his character. They were definitely a match made in heaven... or hell... I don't know... it's all so confusing now! There is no way to review the second half of the book without revealing spoilers but man, This author definitely knows how to twist a story in a completely new direction and take you by surprise. I loved how it ended... This is the fifth book I've read by this author and I have loved every book so far... she is my top favorite PR author! She writes great steam, her stories are loaded with action and very creative. She also has a knack for creating very strong female characters. I love me a strong kick butt heroine... I'm getting ready to head into book #6... and I'm on the edge of my seat because this story is really getting good and I can't wait to see what happens next!
First off- look at that cover! Holy Hell, pun intended!
I'm a huge fan of this series. I've read and reviewed all the books, loving each one more and more as they release. After reading Her Guardian Angel, I didn't think the series could get any better. It did! My love for Marcus was completely tossed aside as I began reading Her Demonic Angel. Why? One word. Veiron.
Man, oh man, do I love me some Veiron. Just thinking about the red haired, tattooed, demonic warrior angel makes my toes curl. In fact, HDA is my new favorite book in the series.Which is really saying something considering how amazing the fourth book was. That's just how good it is. Seriously! It's on my favorites shelf! There's not a moment in the whole book that doesn't have your heart racing for some reason. It's a beautifully woven story full of action, romance, and sex so steamy, it'll fog the screen of your ereader. It's a book you'll have a hard time putting down, and may even stay up reading it until late hours of the night.
Several of the characters we have grown to know and love are present in this book. We also meet Erin, the quirky little spit-fire, that Veiron travels back to Hell to save. Their chemistry flies off the page from the second they meet and is evident throughout the novel. The two make a great couple, but of course, they have to literally go through Hell to be together. Can they beat all the obstacles lain in their paths? Buy Her Demonic Angel and see for yourself! You can thank me later! :)
I really hope there is another book in the series! It'd love to see more of all these great characters. This is definitely my favorite series from Mrs. Heaton, although, I think I may pick up a few more of her books now that I've fallen so deeply in love with her angels!
I highly encourage you to pick up the first in the HER ANGEL series, Her Dark Angel!
Thank you to the author for providing the ARC review copy!
I knew Veiron was going to have an amazing book. When readers first meet him he comes on the page as a fallen angel who has pledged fealty to the Devil, thus making him one of Hell’s Angels. These are the bad guys. Readers learn there is more to him and his Hell’s Angel status at the end of Her Guardian Angel. I was so eager to see what this sexy angel was going to do once he discovered that he was a pawn who had been set on a path that he really had no control over. I loved it!
Erin wakes up from one of her many nights of fitful sleep to find that she has been taken to Hell. She has been imprisoned only to be told that the Devil has intentions of using her as bait. The constant battle between Heaven and Hell has taken a new pawn to play with. Until Erin woke in Hell she never even knew beings other than humans exist.
Erin and Veiron make a wonderful couple. They have both been on their own and alone in the world. Together they have their own place. It’s not a smooth road to happily ever after. Erin is traumatized from her Hell imprisonment and accidently makes Veiron feel like a demon regularly. I am still shocked at the game changer that this couple presets to this world.
I believe that the Her Angel series has evolved to the point that they no longer work as stand-alone books. After everything that led up to the insanely climatic ending of Her Guardian Angel they really need to be read in order. I am still amazed that Felicity managed to one up on the climatic ending. Veiron and Erin had one hell of a story.
My only disappointment was Amelia’s attitude towards Veiron. She was trying to be a protective person, but she came off as hateful most of the time. Maybe it is my southern raising, but you do not ask someone that you hate and despise for a favor. The favor that Amelia asks of Veiron is huge. Shame on her.
Felicity Heaton brings us back to the fascinating world of Her Angels series with her fifth book Her Demonic Angel. I really enjoyed Felicity Heaton’s take on heaven and hell and the games played by both.
Veiron is a fallen angel. Hard, unfeeling and bound to have vengeance on those that wronged him. He had no intention of getting involved in anything that didn’t help his own cause. Revenge on heaven and hell. But when he is asked to rescue an innocent mortal woman from hell he reluctantly agrees.
Erin was kidnapped from her home by demons and held in hell against her will. Her refusal to bend to the devils demands may be the end of her yet. Will she die in this realm of nightmares?
When a handsome warrior breaks into her cell to free her she is both terrified and attracted to him. Is this real or another of the devil’s tricks or could this warrior actually be her destiny?
An action packed story full of emotion and passion that pulls the reader right into the action and never let’s go.
Never having read one of Felicity’s books before Her Demonic Angel, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but I was so impressed and enthralled with her strong characters and vivid writing that I went back and got all the books in the series. This may have been my first book by Ms. Heaton but it certainly won’t be my last!
This woman is just pure brilliance! This series just keeps getting better and better! Felicity has this extraordinary ability to capture your mind and heart with her words. Her characters are sexy and intense and make you swoon. I for one need my own personal Veiron after reading Her Demonic Angel! The storyline is fast-paced and has everything you need in a great book. Romance, love, action, drama, some tasteful hanky panky, what more could you want?!?
I honestly cannot put into words how much I love Her Demonic Angel. This series has been like a drug for me. I just can't get enough of it. You seriously need to start reading this series if you haven't started already. You will not be disappointed.
It's always hard to give a lower rating when the majority of the other people rated the book high. There was nothing really wrong with the story in my opinion, I just had a hard time connecting. The most positive portion of the book was the last quarter and it made me want to reconsider the rating as a whole. In the end though I just couldn't as if the pacing were better I might have connected to more of the story.
Most people seem to be giving this book 5 stars though so I will say that I will at least give the author another shot with a different book in the series.
I am a huge fan of Felicity Heaton's Her Angel series so I couldn't wait to get my hands on Her Demonic Angel. This is the longest book in the series so far and it is also my new favourite. Although each of the books in this series works as a stand alone story I would recommend reading at least the fourth book Her Guardian Angel before picking up this instalment. That last book was a game changer for the series and events that occurred had a big impact that has continued into this one. As such this review may contain slight spoilers for the last book but it will remain spoiler free for Her Demonic Angel.
Anyone who has read Her Guardian Angel has already met the hero of this story - Veiron was the demonic angel who has been locked in an eternal battle with Marcus for Amelia and he was the one that helped them change their fate. Now all Veiron wants to focus on is getting revenge on both the devil and heaven for the way they have controlled them all for centuries. He doesn't intend to let anything get between him and his goal but when Amelia asks for his help rescuing her sister he doesn't have much choice but to agree.
Erin has been captured by the devil and taken to hell to be used as bait for her sister. She had no idea that hell was real or that angels existed but the last few weeks of captivity have proved otherwise. She may be being held against her will but she is still determined to get answers about why the devil wants her and she isn't going to let him force her into making a deal. When a sexy man arrives at the door to her cell and tells Erin that Amelia sent him to rescue her she is wary and thinks it is some kind of trick but faced between remaining in her cell and taking a chance at freedom she goes with him.
The attraction between Veiron and Erin is instant but the regular misunderstandings between them don't make it easy for them to become a couple. I loved the way they slowly get to know each other and when they start to fall they both fall hard. It may take a while to get to the sexy times but it is definitely worth the wait and Veiron is the hottest of the angels yet which probably shouldn't be surprising since he is demonic! Veiron has a tough outer shell that he shows the world, he comes across as grumpy and arrogant but deep down he has a heart of gold. He has never had anyone who loves him for who he is and isn't put off by his demonic side so it takes him a while to believe that Erin really does care for him. He is wary of letting her into his heart but once he puts his fear to one side she quickly becomes everything to him. Erin is a great heroine, she is strong and smart but she cares deeply about her family and friends. She isn't afraid of fighting for what she believes in and she will risk her life to protect those that she loves.
Along with a wonderful love story Her Demonic Angel is also full of action and some shocking twists. I couldn't turn the pages fast enough but I also didn't want the story to end! This was a fantastic instalment to one of my favourite series and one that I can't recommend highly enough. Paranormal romance fans who haven't discovered Felicity Heaton yet are really missing out.
Her Demonic Angel is the fifth book in Felicity Heaton's Her Angel series, a must read series for lovers of paranormal romance books. Past characters of the series are revisited in this installment like Apolloyon from Her Dark Angel, the first in the series. All of the books in this series are designed where you could pick them up and read them in any order and still understand and enjoy each one. However, some things will make more sense if you have read all the books in order, but that is not necessary to thoroughly enjoy each book. Her Demonic Angel is based on Verion, a fallen angel; and Erin, the sister of Amelia, heroin of Her Guardian Angel; who learns she has some special talents of her own and secrets kept even from herself. (I don't do spoilers so that's all you get on that). I loved both of these characters. Vieron is a strong, determined and fierce warrior driven by an unyielding need for revenge on both Heaven and Hell. Erin is from the mortal world ignorant of angels and demons and the eternal game being played between them until she is kidnapped by monsters in the middle of the night and taken to Hell and held as a prisoner and pawn. The character growth throughout the book is strong, and the emotions Heaton writes into these two as they move through the story made me feel as if I was there with them. I wanted to strangle them at times, shout and yell at them and reach out and console them at other times. Heaton's way of drawing the background out with vivid imagery only intensified this. I could see the places they were and feel each battle and wound the characters took. Vieron rescues Erin from Hell and the Devil and they endure one trial after another until the end. The book is action packed, fast paced, and vivid. The romance that grows between the two is strong and delightful to read, the love scenes hot and steamy. The additional characters woven into the story from previous books are just as vivid and realistic. The twists and turns of the storyline kept me guessing and shocked me at times not expecting what I just read. I found myself with my jawed dropped and thinking 'oh my gosh' on more than one occasion. I loved this book and can't wait for the next installment in this series! It's an absolutely recommend from me to all lovers of paranormal romance. However, if you are offended by fiction that portrays Heaven in a less than perfect and all loving, all good way, then this is probably a skip for you. If not, and you like stories about angels, demons, hot and steamy romance, lots of action and edge of your seat twists and turns, then by all means check this one out! I received an ARC of this book from the author, but even if I had not it is absolutely one I would have been glad to pay for.
Felicity Heaton takes us on a high octane thriller - roller coaster ride with her latest release Her Demonic Angel. Romance that will scorch your lashes, sex that sizzles and action that certainly is edgy and down right kick arse !
Angel's versus Heaven and hell. Angels being the pawns to both sides of the universe. Heaven and hell play there games with the angels causing rifts and secrets to be revealed within the worlds. The devil has an agenda and unlucky for Erin she is his plan. Erin is thrown into a world she never knew existed and becomes more than she could ever have imagined. Her strength and will, will be tested.
Heaton definitely puts a spin on Heaven and Hell good versus evil with this one. The story is fast paced, jam packed full of action, and kick arse heroines, and heroes , romance that’s sizzling and many vivid descriptions and scenes.
The world building is cleverly weaved into the plot line. The characters you can relate to and connect with, feel and see everything. Characters from previous stories are brought forth and they all play there parts in this scorching read. It was great to see all the previous angels from the series. The romance is titillating, smoking hot and certainly scrumptious... Or is that Veiron I’m talking about ** grins **
Don’t get me started on Veiron - ** look at the hot smokin cover ** swoon - They say don’t judge a book by its cover, but I’m a cover love kinda girl and Felicity always delivers the goodies both on the inside and out with her novels!!! Veiron may think he is cold as Ice – but upon meeting Erin, there is more than one part that certainly thaws . ** blushes **
Felicity's true talent is obvious by the detailed world she has scripted; it’s impossible not to get lost in it, be drawn into the pages and turn the last page content, happy and in love with yet another book boyfriend and the story she has scripted onto the pages.
The only problem I had with the novel is the same problem I have with every one of Felicity Heaton’s book. It’s so hard to wait for the next one.
I’m not going to go into the storyline for this review, read the blurb! If you like hot lovin - action, suspense, angels and demons and strong characters then this story is for you!
Erin has been taken from her home in the middle of the night and dragged into the depths of hell by the orders of the devil himself. She is tired, weak and scarred wondering what will happen to her and what could the devil possibly want with her ?? Her sister Amelia has asked Veiron, a fallen dark angel, to go into hell and rescue Erin, which he does and finds an instant attraction to the damsel in distress. The story continues with the couple escaping hell and being reunited with the other angels. As the attraction between the two of them grows Erin and Veiron fall in love but with angels, demons and the devil himself on their trail will they get a happy ever after ?? I usually don't like the instant attraction story's as they can feel forced but I loved the connection between the two characters their chemistry was smokin hot and I thought the dialogue between them was funny, touching and real,Felicity did such a good job in finding a voice for these characters. Erin was a kick ass female lead which I loved, she wasn't afraid of a fight and didn't back down !! What can I say about Veiron *swoon* tough as nails on the outside but a soft center. He was wildly protective of Erin but would then say such poetic things to her to!! With every book I have changed my loyalty to my favorite angel but I have a feeling I have found my constant and it will take a lot to change this !! When I read the first book in this series I thought it was a good read that I really enjoyed, and as I have read each book they have got stronger and stronger. The characters all appearing in each others books is great as people who have their favorite angel get a treat. The story line about the game between heaven and hell is a refreshing take on a good verses evil ideal. For me this book was like watching a blockbuster movie, the smexy scenes we amazing (Jacuzzi anyone!!), the action scenes were fast paste, there were touches of humor, fantastic story line and the characters were amaze-balls !!
This is the second book I've ever read from Felicity Heaton and I LOVED IT!! Her writing is smooth and flawless, extremely descriptive and vivid. She's created some super sexy, alpha demons (and angels) that even a demon hater would drool over! Fun, funny, exciting, emotional, sensual and shocking are the words that flood my mind as I am thinking out this here review. I even have a song to represent Erin and Veiron. For those who are curious it’s The Black Keys’ Everlasting Light, I feel it fits perfectly for this duo :)
Erin was kidnapped by the devil’s men and held captive in a dark, dreary and frightening three walled cell in the one and only hell! Unsure of why such a thing would happen to her, she questions her captors and fights her very best for answers, getting none! One day an amazingly hot and vicious male enters her cell and says he’s there to save her. After some thought she goes with him. From there much unravels, truths come to surface and her heart is stolen by the last being she'd ever imagined knowing never mind falling for.
Veiron is a fallen. A very dominant, unyielding and determined one at that. He’s hell bent on revenge of the why he’s a part of Heaven and hells eternal game. He has no time nor any desire for a woman in his life. He just wants to accomplish his revenge and take it from there. But once he lays his eyes on Erin all of that becomes a distant thought. He tends to fight it a lot, but finds it difficult. What is it about this woman that draws him to her and why now?
Now I have to go back and get myself the rest of the series and ALL of Felicity’s work. I find myself hooked and feel any other paranormal reader out there will end up in the same position as me once they've read Felicity’s work!
This series has consistently been one that I can lose myself in and Veiron and Erin's story keeps the streak alive. He's a fallen angel, she's a not-so-ordinary girl who finds herself in the middle of something straight out of her nightmares.
Just so we're on the same page, Erin is the sister of Amelia (the heroine of book 4). Kidnapped at the Devil's bidding, Erin had no idea up to this point that any of this crazy supernatural stuff exists. Now she's dealing with angels and demons and one sexy hunk of fallen angel who makes her heart go pitter patter. Expanding on the events in book 4, the push and pull between Heaven and Hell is brutal and you really don't know who to trust.
Erin and Veiron are an interesting couple because they seem to screw up with each other so often. They say careless things and the next thing you know one of them is stomping off to glower in solitude. Amelia doesn't trust Veiron and she takes every opportunity to try to turn Erin from him. Which is kind of douchy, but I get the whole "protective sister" thing. Still, she could have been a *little* supportive instead of tearing him down every chance she gets.
I love that the storyline continues to expand. I love that we get to meet up with characters from previous books. I love the dynamics we're seeing between the angels and their mates. Big things are coming down the line and I can only hope we get to see even more of those previous characters!
"Her Demonic Angel" is the fifth book in the "Her Angel" series by Felicity Heaton. It can certainly be read as a stand alone book as well though.
This is by far my favorite book by Felicity Heaton. The story took so many twist and turns. Just when I thought I had things figured out, everything got flipped upside down.
Veiron is not your typical angel. He was once an angel working in the heavens but continues to fall and be a servant to the devil. Now a Hell's angel, he still has many redeeming qualities. One of which is his devotion and love to Erin. This man will stop at nothing to protect this woman and she will do the same for him. Erin is able to overlook his demonic side and see the real man behind his demon appearance. When in his human form he has crimson red hair and wings (when he wants them), tattoos, armor when needed... he's just a bad-ass. Isn't that our favorite kind of guy? Bad-ass with a softer side only for his woman and friends.
This book was full of so much action and suspense, mixed with some steamy moments between Erin and Veiron. The well developed side characters really added to the story line as well. I loved that Veiron and Erin seemed to have to rely on each other equally. They both had so much to overcome to be together. Felicity Heaton has certainly outdone herself with the amazing love story, intense fight scenes and heart stopping suspense. This is definitively a must read for all paranormal romance fans!
Holy Crap, I think I have a new favorite man in my life! He was once an Angel in Heaven but now he is a Hell's Angel. He has red wings, red hair, lots of tattoos and well he is just a sexy bad ass! I am in LOVE!
Her Demonic Angel is seriously one of my most favorite Felicity Heaton books ever. The story totally sucked me in, the action was intense and the sex was off the charts smoking hot. I loved the balance of it all, and I was really sad when the story ended.
Veiron and Erin were just a perfect couple. I loved everything about them. I loved how they loved each other and how much they needed one another and just basically every freaking thing.
This time though instead of Heaven being the jerk offs (well they were but not as much) its the Devil himself. There is something not quite normal about Erin and he wants her for his games. I am not going to get too much into it, but the story itself was just awesomesauce!
Even if you are not a fan of books with heaven and hell and all that, I still think you could love this book. Veiron and Erin's adventure is not one anyone would want to miss out on. Oh and the hot tub scene!!! Just thinking about it gets me blood boiling.lol So go check it out!
I was completely blown away by Felicity's latest installment in her amazing Her Angel series. Her Demonic Angel is certainly a feast for the senses. Everything about it was beautiful appealing and delicious. The male protagonist Veiron is a deeply complex character that was a pleasure to follow. The way that Felicity developed and pushed her character Veiron to the limits was faultless. He is a hero worth following, and I was happy to dedicate the hours spent with him understanding his characteristics, his personality and his desires. Yes, Veiron is HOT. Seriously! I've always been drawn to the bad boys and Veiron does not disappoint.
The character and relationship development with the fascinating Erin is successful. Yes, I was jealous, but if any fictitious woman was worthy of such a divine character then Erin is the woman. I do think that it is Felicity's characterisation which is most definitely my favourite aspect of her writing. She has an amazing creative flair in her ability to create such believable, well-rounded characters. So much so that I find it very difficult to put her work down in the evening.
Her Demonic Angel is a fast-paced, powerful, passionate novel that kept me completely entertained and absorbed. A fantastic follow on Felicity!
Felicity Heaton is a paranormal genius! "Her Demonic Angel" is a heart-stopping, addictive ride from the beginning til the end! This is Book 5 in the "Her Angel" series and it is just as addictive as the rest of her work. In this novel we meet Veiron, a sexy, rock-hard demonic angel bad boy, who will make your pulse race and your blood simmer, along with the beautiful, kidnapped & oh-so-lost human woman, Erin, who possesses sheer bravery and a hidden heart of steel.. Ms. Heaton takes us thru thrilling, fear-inducing battles while Veiron is trying to save Erin's life..But is it really Veiron who is doing the saving or is it the other way around? The Devil isn't very willing to let Erin go and it becomes a life-or-death battle for not only her life, but also for Veiron & Erin's beloved sister, Amelia.. The novel pulls out all stops, sending the reader into terrifying & shocking twists & turns as the stakes are raised and life becomes a game rather than a given... The characters are strongly built & beautifully written & developed. This is one series that you need to read to believe! I can't wait to get started on the next Felicity Heaton book! A definite must read! ~Vicki Rose Bitten By Love Reviews www.bittenbylovereviews.com
Her Demonic Angel; Book 5 in the series. If I was going to use one word to describe this book, I guess I would use astounding, vibrant, exciting, thrilling, no, I guess I can't describe it in one word.
Each book in Ms Heaton's Angel Series is better than the last, and, this book is no exception. Erin is a wonderful heroine, she is soft, artistic, idealistic, a little naive. It was wonderful to watch her mature as she finds herself. Her love for Verion is all encompassing, I loved watching them develop and their relationship mature. Family plays a key roll in this story, the good and the bad. Amelia, Marcus, Taylor, Eniar and Appollyon were great back up for Erin and Verion.
This book is stand alone, but, please read the first 4 in the series, you will enjoy them so much reading them in order. I can't wait to see what Ms. Heaton has in mind next for our favorite group of Angels and their loves!!!
Felicity Heaton does it again! With the 5th book in her Her Angel series, Felicity brings life to the darker side of Heaven and Hell, featuring Hell's Angel Veiron and mysterious Erin.
I love how Felicity gives a healthy balance to the erotic side of a love story and the depth of the plot. Too many stories are overwhelmed with erotica and the storyline suffers. Felicity has found the perfect combination and builds a beautiful world around it.
Her Demonic Angel is full of danger and drama, creating a more realistic feel to the characters, no matter how supernatural they really are. I finished reading this over a day ago and can't seem to get into a new book because I'm still stuck on Veiron!
This entire serious is worth your time! Angels, demons, vampires...a game between Heaven and Hell that will leave you questioning the integrity of the higher powers of life! You won't regret reading it.
WOW!!!!!! What can I say about Felicity's latest installment in Her Angel series? BEST BOOK in all of her books that I've read. This one has left me begging for the next book in this series that ranks up in my top 10 authors series, and please don't ask me to actually rank those cause it's impossble. This book IMO has the perfect blend of love, angst, action and the need for vengeance. I highly recommend reading this series. It starts a little more focused on the love side of things but with each book she builds this world just gets better and better with the action coming more into play, which culminates into this book, the best yet. Be smart my peeps, get reading this series! And Miss Heaton, if you are reading this review, please let me know how long my wait will be for the next book and how long do you plan this series to last? THANKS for the great read!

As always Felicity Heaton doesn't disappoint. She always has great male and female leads and Erin and Veiron continue the trend. If you haven't read her books, you should. I have yet to read a book of hers I haven't liked. She is one of my favorite authors. I laugh, cry, and wish I had my own hero. I'm not great with words like Felicity, but you should definitely read Her Demonic Angel.
I have read all the books in this series and have loved them all but this book bringing it all together just made it GREAT! I loved the characters and the story line and still wanted more. I have read a number of Felivity's books now and love her style of writing and how her series alwayd intelink with so many characters so well.
Her Demonic Angel is by far my favourite book of the series to date - closely followed by Her Dark Angel. Great characters - especially 'bad boy' Veiron (Hot or what?!) Would definitely recommend this book - well worth 5*.......
