This is an author whose books I usually love but this one didn't hit the mark with me.

The mother just let nasty things happen in the house and that's all I'm saying!

The youngest son was the sane one that was being terrorized by a creepy clown.

***SPOILERS FROM HERE***

The oldest son was a sick bastard always pulling out his penis while his sister took a shower, has sex with the cat and vacuum cleaner. You get the idea.

The oldest sister was anorexic and the only other sane one besides her little brother.

The father was the biggest sick ass of them all. Turned me right off the book.

He raped his 17 year-old assistant 5 years-ago at his office. Got her pregnant. Made her have an abortion and she died because of it! He was also into jacking off watching torture porn! I'm actually glad at what happened to him in the end. I'm glad at what happened to all the jerks and that the sister and little boy survived.

The chain letter came in to play because it was written by the dead girl. I don't think it even needed to be in the story because she was going to have revenge anyway.

I gave it two stars for the little boy and his creepy clown. And this should not be labeled young adult!!

I'm going to stick to her other books that are awesome!

A typical family is moving into the countryside because they inherited a house. But over the chapters you get a deep insight behind the facade of this supposedly happy family. Why do they receive a chain letter by a mysterious girl? Is this only a macabre joke or is there a grim relation to Morten, the father and husband? Well, the man obviously has a very dark side in his personality in his relationsship towards women. What about his wife Linnea? Was she always true to him or was there also some side stepping? Then we have the children. I really loved the episode with the eerie clown haunting the youngest kid. Overall a very interesting haunting novel about revenge from the realm of death. You come to know many things about the characters you wouldn't have thought (especially Morten). The ending is a bit bizarre and leaves some questions in the blur. I nevertheless enjoyed the novella and can recommend reading it!

I don't feel like ranting more today and writing a full review on this explaining more why i didnt likf it, would definitely be a rant. Was so much of this I didn't like. But in particular the use of eating disorder and were that went. Dnfed it when I had about 20 mins left.

⚠️ Rape, insest, clowns warning ⚠️

It was hard to read this book. The whole premise is a dead girls who was RAPED by the father and is now seeking revenge on the family in the form of chain letters. The brother is a pervert and the mother shuts her eyes to everything and cooks. Hard to find anything likable in the characters other then the sister and little brother who redeem the book as much as they can

I remember getting chain letters when I was a teenager. Saying that if you didn't send them to so many people you or a loved one was going to die. I always laughed at them and then deleted them thinking they were so stupid.

I'm not one for reading short stories, but this was free on Amazon so i figured I would give it a shot. It's about a family who each receive the same chain letter. Of course they ignore it, and after that bad things start happening to them. Chain Letter is a short and fast paced book. It's a good story for a quick read.

Entertaining horror listening 🎶🔰

Another will written horror haunting ghost 👻 family relationship adventure thriller short story by Willow Rose 🌹. The family has moved to 👍 the house her uncle left her. Things are different here but they are adjusting, then everything goes wrong all too due with a chain letter from the past. I would recommend this novella to readers of fantasy haunting novels 👍🔰. This novella is very European when it comes to details. Enjoy the adventure of reading or listening to books 📚. 2022 😄😢👒😯

If I could give this book 10 stars I would! I started it and could not put it down. This book is perfect for this time of year but don’t read it at night. Also, be prepared to do some binge watching of a fun show afterwards cause you won’t be able to read until you get the pictures, this story paints, out of your head!! Willow, you managed to freak this fan out with this one!!

Willow Rose is one of my favorite authors but this book is definitely a flop. The story line is just downright gross.

"Creepy And Powerful"

Have you ever received a chain letter that you are asked to pass on to others? If you don't, your world may turn upside down with terror. Some people think these letters are just pranks ... but it's best to do as the letter directs. This novella is spine tingling with horror. Another win for author Willow Rose.

Good introduction of characters as members of this family seen their worse nightmare come to life after ignoring an email chain letter. Noted mention of Rebekka Franc as she was an old friend of the mother, Linnea. It also seems the sins of the father played a great part in this family's destruction.

Scary as hell!

I love Willow Rose's stories, both long and short and Chain Letter was no exception! Imagine your worst fears and group them all together! That's what happens in this novella and you won't be disappointed! Reminiscent of some of Stephen King's earlier works; the one's that terrify you! Chain Letter is like a nightmare you won't wake up from!

Horror at its best

As always Willow Rose will grip you with her weird imaginings. A husband does the unthinkable but it is his family that suffers the consequences. Rose certainly has a talent for the macabre. You will not be able to put this down until you have reached the end.

I have to say this book was a bit scary compared to some of the other books that I've read by Willow Rose. Chain letters use to be something that nobody wanted because they were uncertain of what could happen.

3.5 Stars Unique

I actually really got into this short story and found myself unable to put it down. At times it was a little more graphic than I like, but the theory of literally our worst nightmares coming true, was well played out.
