Good content, not so good a book. There is some really great advice here. It helped me tremendously and it will help anyone. But like most non-fiction books, the content could be presented within 30 pages. The rest of it is just reiteration and rephrasing of the same stuff.

A very simple way of explaining the way out . Easy to understand and with good examples of real people
