I’ve run consistently for 45 years and I still learned something
So… I’ve been running since I was 14 and I’m now… well you do the math. I still found myself bookmarking over twenty pages of Top Running Tips! Yes, I learned quite of few things I want to re-read and by my calculation this means the book earned its five stars.
If you have been running for awhile and need some tips, this book is ok, and may not say anything you don’t already know. However, if you are a novice, this is a good introduction to get you going.
This book was motivational and provided lots of tips and tricks to stay healthy and motivated to accomplish your goals. It also provided eating guides, recipes, and shopping lists. I reduced a star because I do keto and the author mistakenly states that the only food for the brain is glucose. Anyone on keto will know this isn’t correct, but if you eat a more traditional diet, the associated sections will apply to you.
