This book is full of awesome. It is loaded with educational information about the different types of grains and flours that can be used for breadmaking, and also includes good tips about the bread making process. Also includes gluten/allergy information.
And then it is chock full of amazing recipes of every type! No pictures, which I would normally lower the rating for. But it makes up for it in every other possible way.
Another favorite! If you like making yummy, healthy food, this is the book for you. Oh, and if you are in the Portland area, you should check out the Red Mill. It is awesome!
It's nice to preview a cookbook before you shell out the money to buy it. I think I might buy this one as there a lots of recipes that sound good in it.
