It took one day to pick it up and before I knew it, it was done. Every conceivable joke is in this laugh filled read. My jaw is sore from laughing so much. The perfect book to finish off a month of reading mind turning stories.

I used this book to get me through various painful surgeries. I regaled the nurses and visitors with yuks. It distracts the mind from the pain...a great pain management technique. To this day, i volunteer to read out load to bed ridden people. great fun.

Not sure about "ultimate", but there are lots of jokes in there, and generally very funny.
