Everyone’s favorite dog is back and cuter than ever! Following up on the internationally bestselling The Life of the World’s Cutest Dog, this latest volume features Boo’s adventures in the big city. Get ready for tons of all-new irresistible photos of Boo going shopping, hitting the beach, making doggy friends, and just generally being adorable. Plus, this is a fixed-format version of the book, which looks nearly identical to the print version.
I'm a little ashamed to say that this book started out as a purchase for a gift to my 4yr old niece. Well, let's just say it never made it into her little hands. She wouldn't have appreciated Boo's cuteness as much as I have. And that's really all there is to this book. Cute photograph after cute photograph after cute photograph of this most adorable little dog. This gets all its five stars just for the awesomeness of Boo.
Seriously, most photogenic dog in the world! I love me some internet animal celebrities, and even have a small Boo with a party hat plush next to my TV (Right night to Tardar, my grumpy cat plush) This book is full of cute pictures of Boo and Buddy at their cutest. I imagine children would like the cute pics, and the quick story. I just love looking at this dog, even if they dress him up a little too much. Five stars!
I've been kind of 'playing in my e-library'...happened across a couple of children's books today. They were really cute, actually. I can see how a little kid would like these...!
It's a simple book, more picture than word, obviously for younger readers. But I loved Boo. I loved seeing pictures popping up on my facebook and I even had a plush Boo until last year. I wouldn't say that Boo was the world's cutest dog (because I'm quite biased toward my own furbaby) but Boo was really cute and seeing Boo in all the different spots and outfits in this little book with Buddy were adorable. But it also made me sad since we no longer have Boo or Buddy in the world now. So I'm glad I saw the pictures, but it would just make me sad to keep in my house.
This book is about Boo and Buddy going to the big city. They get in their little red car and go to the big city. They do lots of fun things. Boo puts lots of outfits on because clothes make the pup. They also eat out in the big city. You will love reading this book.
The World's Cutest Dog is at it again, this time in the big city. There's not much plot to speak of, but that's not really the point of these books. Instead, it's to look at pictures of Boo, Facebook famous for being the world's most photogenic dog, dressed up in a variety of outfits (sailor suit, swimsuit and goggles, dressing gown) in a variety of situations (picnic, visiting the Golden Gate Bridge, at the beach, hanging out with Buddy, his best friend). And that is exactly what this book delivers. The little guy is unquestionably adorable and depending on how long you can stand to look at cute dog pictures, this book can provide at least a few minutes of enjoyment to anyone.
I discovered this book at a kiosk at the airport while waiting for a flight. I'd never heard of this little guy, but apparently he became famous via Facebook and from the book Boo: The Life of the World's Cutest Dog.
This book offers lots of pictures of cute little Boo in various poses and locations. There's not much else to it, but it's a fun book to peruse.
My first ebook and first library ebook. Adorable picture book illustrated with photographs of an equally adorable Pom living in S.F. See Boo traveling on a cable car, posing in Alamo Square Park, and enjoying the beach under a rainbow umbrella. Which begs the question, is Boo gay? Such fun. Read all 89 pages in one sitting. Now that's my kind of book! I categorized it under children's but fun for all ages.
Everyone loves Boo. How could you not? This picture book contains a powerful amount of squees and adorbs. I was fully prepared to give it five stars until around page 15, then I got a little burned out. At least two photos made me giggle out loud, Boo in swim trunks/goggles and dress up time in the photo booth. If you go into this expecting a story, instead of captions, you might be a disappointed. But you'll have photos of the cutest dog in the world to console you!
Boo, Little Dog in the Big City is written by J H Lee. This book is mostly photographs of a little dog called Boo. He is called the cutest dog in the world. Boo is a Pomerania. In this book he dresses up and takes you and me to his favourite places. His best friend Buddy is also in the story. I think babies and 7-8 year-olds would like this. 5/5.
One word... CUTE! I liked it better than the first Boo book. It wasn't as repetitive. His "adventures" were delightful and humorous. Though I consider it more of a children's picture book, I recommend it for Boo fans of all ages.
This was a cute little book. Boo and his friend take a trip to the big city, where they do some shopping. This involves lots of trying on clothes. Then, they leave and check into a doggie hotel, where they are pampered in sheer elegance.
My first thought when I read this was, wow, photos like these would be wildly popular on the internet. It turns out that Boo has something like 5 million "likes" on facebook, so I guess I'm behind the times on this internet phenomena. Boo's adorable adventure was an 11 out of 10 on the cute scale.
OMG THIS IS THE MOST INSANE BOOK EVER. Insane in that it should be the WORST book ever, but it's actually suuuuuper ridiculous and cute and Buddy is my favorite character.
