Super accessible way to start learning Korean! Really clear introduction to basic grammar, vocabulary and 한글, as well as some cultural pointers. They’ve made an effort to make the stories modern and interesting, and to make the layout really aesthetic and not too overwhelming.
There are no practice exercises so memorising and using language for yourself is completely down to you, so although the pace and order of the content was pretty good, I needed to put a fair bit more work in before I felt comfortable recreating the grammar etc for myself. I also learned the writing system before starting this textbook, as there is no romanisation to help you practice. The instructions for finding the audio tracks online were super vague, so you may need to find listening input elsewhere too!
Otherwise a pretty solid place to start, although I’m not convinced studying for twenty mins a day for a month will get this content ingrained in your brain, seems like very optimistic advertising...
