This book offers great advise, regardless of if you're following Paleo or not. Lots of great ways to help you get you to eating the way you want to.

This is a hard book to describe. Its not the science behind Paleo, or why you should follow a Paleo diet, or even a collection of recipes. Its a collection of tips and suggestions for making a Paleo lifestyle easier to follow. I didn't find anything revolutionary or really new in this book, but I can see how it would be helpful to have all this info pulled together for someone new to Paleo.

I quit reading it at 30%. I'm sure there's some useful stuff in it, and I hope to return at some point (Kindle Lending Library), but overall I found it too lightweight.

Certainly is no nonsense

This book was easy-to-use
I feel that it will help me a great deal with my new Paleolithic nutritional way. I would definitely recommend.
