I had this book a year or so back...or maybe it was the other book, anyway, it was tiny and brownish from age and not fun to look through or work with. I'm so glad I ordered it again because this one is a large book with photos and laid out in such a fun and easy-to-follow and easy to understand way. I love going through the books in the evening and choosing what I'll stock my pantry with and dishes we enjoy.

Perfect book for saving money and mastering scratch cooking.

Great cookbook for families with kids. It’s easy to use. You make ahead the mix, the meals are easy to make from the mix too. It’s just a time saver all around. The mixes are healthier than their preservative filled counterparts and by and large cheaper. I’ve been using this book and the first one in the series for over a decade.

More mixes. This is a particularly helpful cookbook for people trying to live frugally in this era of skyrocking food prices.
