These meditations are beautiful. If you love the Psalms, your heart will be blessed sitting with these reflections. A short volume, I was sad when it came to an end but thankful for its having crossed my path and I trust the better for it.

I wouldn't recommend reading this book all at once, nor as slowly as I ended up reading it. The best pace would probably be one chapter a day, allowing each chapter to have its way and impact on your outlook before beginning the next.
