You want to know what to do to rid your life of demonic impression, oppression and the like -stay focused on God. If you don't have that, Mr. Eckhardt can lead you into the light. This is an invaluable little handbook that you need. Too many folks are walking around with a demon on their shoulder. Get redeemed and free.

This particular book written by Pastor Eckardt has really been God sent. I've read and applied many of these prayers to my daily life. God has moved on my behalf over and over again. I've also noticed that I feel more free and less stressed when praying against demonic influences in areas of my life where I needed deliverance.

Overall a good read!

After reading this book, I have realized that I must dig deeper into understanding the word. Overall, the book gave me some ideas of how curses are spiritual strongholds that keep a person in bondages. Moreover, I really do like how the author gives examples of how he would pray to the Lord for help in eliminating strong holds.

This book is different from the kind I usually read but I did find it very interesting. There are things mentioned in the Old Testament that a lot of modern bible teachers do not even try to understand. I feel like this book makes an effort to try with a few of those Old Testament passages. It was interesting and I am glad that I took the time to read it.

Very good book

This book help to clarify some things and I’m grateful to the author. I enjoyed the scripture and the prayers. I’m moving on to the next book. I have to be free and only live in My Lord and Savior perfect will.

"PRAYER FOR DELIVERANCE

Father, in Jesus's name, I loose myself from all relationships that are not ordained of God; all relationships that are not of the Spirit but of the flesh; all relationships based on control, domination, or manipulation; and all relationships based on lust and deception.
In the name of Jesus, I loose all members of my body, including my mind, memory, eyes, ears, tongue, hands, feet, and my entire sexual character, from all lust, perversion, sexual impurity, uncleanness, lasciviousness, promiscuity, pornography, fornication, homosexuality, fantasy, filthiness, burning passion, and uncontrollable sex drive.
I loose myself from the effects of all bad memories, painful memories, and memories of the past that would hinder me in the present or future.
I loose myself from all occult involvement, all sorcery, divination, witchcraft, psychic inheritance, rebellion, all confusion, sickness, death, and destruction as a result of occult involvement.
In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, by the authority given to me to bind and loose. I loose my emotions from every evil spirit that has come in as a result of experiences of the past. I loose my mind from all spirits of mind control, confusion, mental bondage, insanity, madness, fantasy, passivity, intellectualism, knowledge block, ignorance, mind binding, lust, and evil thinking. I loose myself from all guilt, shame, condemnation, self-condemnation, and legalism.
I loose my will from all control domination and manipulation from Satan, his demons, and other people. I loose my will from all lust, rebellion, stubbornness, pride, self-will, selfishness, and antisubmissive spirits that block and hinder my will. I break and loose myself from all chains around my will, and I submit my will to the will of God." The above prayer is taken from Chapter 11 of this book entitled Loose Yourself from Belial's Curses. The author talks a lot about Belial in this book. I was not too familiar with Belial, until I read this book. I didn't realize how often God referred to Belial. Just what is Belial? The author says Belial is:

* "one of the most wicked and vile spirits in the kingdom of darkness"
* "He is a ruling spirit of wickedness"
* "There are a host of demons that operate under his command, cursing the lives of people"
* "Belial's work is to curse men and women, causing them to commit sins that are vile and contemptable." (See page 1 and 2 of the book for a further description of this spirit)

There are prayers throughout this book that are geared to breaking curses. The above prayer for me was the most powerful. I felt the anointing descend as I was praying this prayer.

If you want some teaching and prayers on self-deliverance then you should read this book.
