Good read.

Self help books are often difficult to like, especially if you feel that you've already seen a lot in life. This book is good and has some amazing insights, ideas and recommendations on running a healthy organisation as a leader. Sometimes it's a little preachy and repetitive, but worth the time.

Whenever I read a business book, I’m always want to read from someone who has the experience to speak out and write on their topic. David Rohlander is one of these experienced writers who you need to read with his book. THE CEO CODE (http://amzn.to/1a3VSEB).

Excellent how-to content is combined with thoughtful illustrations. In the Introduction, Rohlander details his purpose saying, “The CEO Code is a practical approach to grow and change. My clients are typically very successful executives yet they want to improve, to soar, and, as I like to say, “create a masterpiece.”…The ideas in this book are based on scientific research, years of business experience, and observation of what actually works in the real world. We have cracked the code.” (page 16)

Grab your yellow highlighter and keep it close throughout the reading of THE CEO CODE. You will use it frequently and want to study carefully these pages. I highly recommend this book.
