I really liked the story of Adia. The story kind of remind me of a life time movie. I even had a dream about it that night after reading it. It's not to often that you find a pretty girl from southern California on some crazy stuff like that. Murder, lies, and love is exactly what it is.
Overall the book is a 4.5 read and is because I wanted more. I like how the author took us through the streets of southern Cali. Aida crazy butt even paid the Jordan Down projects a visit. I like how the story is way different from the other urban books that I have read. You have to read it its really crazy and will have you yearning for part 2. San Fernando Vally y'all better watch out!!!

Adia is a wild ride of craziness, this is one woman I would never want to even shake hands with because she might find a reason to kill a brotha for squeezing her hand to hard. Queen Brown has a dope writing style that actually puts you in the book making feel nervous and terrified as if you were Adia's next victim. It's also dope how she took you through the streets of L.A it made it just that more interesting knowing the places and streets she was at.

"Adia" is the second book I've read by Author Queen Brown and let me tell y'all she did not disappoint. Adia seems to have it all. A nice family, well paying job, a best friend that loves her...but she's living with a deep dark secret. A secret that threatens to eat her alive.

"Adia" was a fast paced read. It was also very different from Queen Brown's debut novel, " The Darker The Berry, The Deeper The Roots" and I'm so glad we got to see a little diversity from her. Often times writers get caught up writing the same old storylines so it was very exciting to see her do something different. There was one scene that I saw coming but other than that, it was full of surprises!Fingers crossed for a part 2. Job well done. 4.5 stars!

Adia Marshall has it all, or at least that's how it would appear from the outside looking in. She has loving parents, is very beautiful and is very successful. She is use to being hated on by most of her peers, but is also use to getting what she wants. On the outside Adia is very well put together, but she has a darkness about her that I among even sure she realizes until it is too late. One night Adias perfect world turns upside down when she realizes her chance of happiness is being taken from her and she witness it with her own two eyes. That night a piece of the old Adia dies and she's not the same sweet, naive girl, and a dark gloomy side of Adia grows. While Adia tries to keep her new side away from the people she loves, they start to notice that she is not the same and something is clearly wrong. Will the new Adia and her newly twisted pleasure be kept a secret or will her secret become too big and get her exposed for what she has become.

This was my first time reading from Author Queen Brown, and I was very impressed by her writing skills. I read this story I'm three hours because I was just very caught up I'm it and Adias world. Adia went from a sweet innocent girl to something totally opposite all because of so etching she witnessed one night, and from there on she just had a yearning to continue to do it. In the beginning she was very believable but I caught myself yelling at her in the story as I read it like omg your doing it the same way you are going to get caught! While she did have many close calls some close than others I was impressed at how she held it all together. Her best friend/ sister Kylie I just knew she was up to something, and as the story continued I was right! Lots of twist and turns, drama, lies in this book some you don't see coming and some you will. If your looking for a fast paced, action and drama pact book then pick this one up you won't be disappointed! Great job Author Queen Brown, I'm thinking there could be a part 2, or a spin off!

Well lord where do I begin.... AWESOME loved every minute of it. Adia isnt one to mess around with. I think I am officially hooked on Queen Brown books lol. This book was amazing I was mad that the dad was sleeping with her best friend and I still havent gottn over the fact that Kylie snitched or the fact that Curtis was wearing a wire wtf what type of shit is that. Adia had it all and still do. Thanks for the good read.

Although a bit unrealistic to me, I I enjoyed Adia. It was a fast, interesting read and it kept me turning the pages. At one point I started to dislike Adia because she seemed so heartless and the things that she was doing was so unnecessary. It was nice seeing the male be stupid, and I mean really stupid in love for once, and trust Curtis fit the description. Looking forward to part 2.

When Adia caught her loving boyfriend cheating on her, something inside of her snapped. The person she once was isn't there anymore and the thirst for blood is real! Adia no longer has control over this rage, and whoever steps in her way can definitely get it!

good

This was a good book however the murders were really unrealistic after a while. If it's meant to get into the minds of a psychopath then yeah it's on the mark
