Before I even begin my review, let me be the first to say #TeamFetti!! lol, now that that's out of the way....
"Trap Secrets" is the debut novel by Author Gabrielle. It's the story of Iman and her never ending love triangle between two men, Fetti and Havoc. I won't get too in depth because I don't want to give away too much but I will say, just when you think you got it figured out....the plot thickens.
"Trap Secrets" was a fresh breath of air. Gabrielle has a knack of telling a story in a completely different way than the usual. The characters were in depth. The drama kept me at the edge of my seat. And the twists and turns had my mouth wide opened! I look forward to reading part two and finding out what happens next!!! 5 stars!

Great book
I really enjoyed this book it had me on my toes to know that a teenager can go through so much and her mother allowed it to happen but I guess that’s tough love. Must read now on to part 2 can’t wait. Good job to the author!!

Mixed feelings about this one
This book was a very quick read as I was a abbot to finish it in one sitting. It's filled with drama, and keeps you wanting to know the other person's point of view. I like how the book is divided into character perspectives instead of chapters because of that.
Now for what I didn't like... There were typos, some I could easily overlook, others I had to determine what was really supposed to be written. To me this wasn't a big deal. My real disappointments with the stem from the fact that it was written in the first-person using very urban vernacular. The always simple sentences made me feel like I was reading a 3rd grade level book. I also didn't like how it seemed every other word was a cuss or other derogatory word.
IMO this is definitely a book for adults. The story is realistic and brings awareness to issues such as domestic abuse, the need for safe sex, and effects of cheating. However, if I had kids I wouldn't be comfortable with them reading this one. I'm not sure if I'll be reading the sequel because of my mixed emotions about the author's writing style

In Trap Secrets, we are taken on the journey of these young and off the chain teenagers: Iman, Desmond aka Havoc, and Shawn aka Fetti.
These three teens are living life in the fast lane and getting caught up in some crazy situations!!!
When their twisted love triangle becomes an unexpected rectangle lol things get real dirty in the trap!! Filthy!
For a first time author, I must say Gabby you brought IT with this one!! There were some minor errors but they in no way took away from this great read!! Five stars goes to you Gabby, Great job!! I look forward to part 2!!!

But what I will say is, this book was definitely a pager turner and kept my attention from the start. I’m team Fetti all the way and pray that part 2 puts an end to Havoc’s ego. The author did an excellent job with pacing out the story and characters enough that it ran together smoothly! I recommend this book and give it 4.5 stars.

I really enjoyed Trap Secrets; it had a great story line even though there were many editing errors. The love triangle between Iman, Havoc and Fetti was crazy but keep my full attention from the beginning to the very end. I believe Iman knew Fetti was the better man but she was so comfortable with the unhealthy relationship that she had with Havoc, to the point that she was content. The big twist in this story was the one night stand she had with Rylan and becoming pregnant and this was when the story took a turn for the worst. Kudos to Gabrielle! I look forward to reading 2 and 3!

OMFG!!!!! Before I say anything let me say #TeamRylan...All day everyday and even on holidays! This was a great love story that turned into a triangle and ended up in a square...LOL! I loved every minute of this drama filled, brazy tale. I dont want to give the book away but you will be shocked and shaken by the ending that drops a bomb nobody saw coming....If you havent read this book by new author Gabrielle you are seriously missing out! Please come and get #Trapped!!!!!

Reading this book brought back a lot of teenage memories, really! I loved the story line and the characters. Really don't which one I like more but for sure love Rylan, he was a man that took care of his responsibilties even if someone else had to be hurt in the process. Like all my reviews I don't want to give to much away but would like to say this is a must read. Gabrielle you did a wonderful job first time out the gate, keep up the good work. I can't wait for Trap Secrets 2!

For a first time author I have to say Great Job. This book was so good I felt like I read it to fast so I reread it again the same day like back to back (I know such a junkie). Lets say I absolutely hate Havoc, at one point I was loving Rylan but I feel like Fetti is the one for Iman and I'm just team Fetti right now all day every day. Can't wait for part two to come out. Loved the book. I look forward to more from this author.

Let me start by saying that even though I really liked this book, I wanted to reach through the pages and shake some sense in the main character Iman. Trap Secrets is the story of Iman, and her possible baby daddies, Fetti and Havoc. I finished this story quickly because I wanted to find out what was going to happen next. This book was full of drama, and will pull you in quickly. I cannot wait to see what is going to happen the sequel!

I loved every second of Trap Secrets. I couldn't help but fall in love with Fetti and root for him, but I then also fell in Love with Ry The author of this book pulled me and I never wanted to leave every male in this book I had a love hate relationship with. I was happy sad and so many other things I can't wait for part 2

This book is solo good. I read this book in 2 hours,.Mana need to grow up. Desmond dogged her up but I believe that he really Loved her. Rylan was dead azz wrong for sleeping with his breath woman it's just some lines that you don't cross. So looking forward to Part 2

Trap Secrets was full of drama and excitement. Iman got all the secrets that caught up on her eventually. Playing on individual emotions is not a good thing. Not like she wasn't taught better. Gabrielle did a good job and I am looking forward to reading part 2. :-) 4.5 stars!

I really liked this book and the characters. Even though their all young and immature the story was good with just enough edge to keep you reading.

This is definitely a cautionary tale of how not to treat people. What's done in the dark always comes out in the light and when karma comes for you, don't wonder why.

I simply loved this story ... I was a little disappointed with the grammatical errors but nonetheless, it was an excellent storyline. I cannot wait to read the sequel!

This here so far is the best hood book I'm reading yes Rylan and Havoc brother going at it. Iman got gold between them legs got the guys action a fool. Shawn along with them waiting Iman to them self. Great story
