Only Way Out” is a short story by authors, Fire and Ice. Tesh is tired of her boyfriend’s games. Day in and day out, he fails to give her the attention she needs. From cheating to lying and everything in between, Tesh is a woman fed up. She quickly devises a plan to get some get back. But what happens when everything that can go wrong…DOES go wrong? “Only Way Out” was an exciting and quick read. I’m looking forward to reading part 2. 5 stars!

The moment that I opened "Only Way Out" it had my full attention! There was never a dull moment it had me wanting more. This short story gave me a good introduction of Trey, Tesha as well as a few other main characters. "Only Way Out" was a story about love, betrayal, greed, and revenge. Just when it was getting hot...BOOM!! It was over! I am definitely purchasing book 2, to see if Charlie returns, if Tesha can really hide from Trey and to see if Trey will go looking for Tesha. Great job Fire & Ice! You've gained a new fan!

The book was sooo short. Only about half of the book contained the actual story; the rest was filled with ads for other books. So, the story is like less than 70 pages long!

I also purchased the sequel, and that one was short as well. The two books could have easily been combined and together they still would have made a short story!

The story has potential, but it was just so underdeveloped. There wasn't much character development, so really you didn't care what happened to any of the characters because there's no connection made between the reader and the characters.

Unfortunate.
