If you are new to the diet, you might want to try something that explains the diet a little more fully. But if you are someone who knows the basics and rationale behind the diet, this has some decent recipes in it, especially if you are just starting out and need some ideas to get you going.
I did find a couple of interesting recipes in here to try, but found a lot of it to be slight variations on recipes I have already seen in other books and quite a few I felt could be compiled into one recipe as 'tasty alternatives' to the original recipe.
Not a great starter book for beginners as I don't think it covered everything the paleo diet is about (and the how to do it correctly and safely for that matter), but it is something I would say you could read towards the start of your journey for recipe ideas. Or if you're like me an just like touring the different diet cookbooks for recipe ideas...read this one earlier rather than later to get maximum use out of it.
I can't wait to try the recipes in this book. They look delicious and appetizing! The Paleo diet is the healthiest and most weight-loss effective one I've ever used. I plan to stay on it for the rest of my life!
