When I downloaded this book, I was seeking recipes to help lower blood sugar for diabetics but I was surprised and disappointed to note that most recipes include honey. Whilst this is acknowledged as having many health benefits, it is still more or less pure sugar.
I purchased this book a few months ago. I have tried out many of the recipes. Every recipe turns out perfectly! My kids don't have anything bad to say about the cakes and cookies. They are so good, I don't think they even notice!
There are a few each category recipes. They are simple and appear tasty according to the ingredients. I look forward to making several recipes. Though I will be substituting the milk for almond milk. Should workout fine.
