It was fun while it lasted and much, much too short. Fiona Walker equals big books with a huge cast. This short story made me laugh, and I do like some of the characters. I hope to get to know them better soon. Apparently there are several new books out by this writer that I missed. How could I? I do so love me some Fiona Walker.
I started reading this book yesterday and it soon became apparent that it bored me to tears. Talking about red carpet do's and in some ways it often confused me. There was several attempts to read the book and often I skipped a sentence or two because the sheer boredom I faced while trying to read the book. When I reached just over half way I was stunned to find I had in fact finished the book - To read the letter that ''legs'' had wrote I was to carry on. I then saw the opportunity to cease reading the book and put it down
This appears to be a prequel to The Love Letter. It is only a short story, and I must say I have read better Fiona Walker. I only hope the Love Letter lives up to her normal standards.
This is supposed to be set before the actual happenings of The Love Letter, but instead ended up confusing me. I haven't read The Love Letter yet, but I do know that I feel as if this introduction has been of no help at all.
It was still nice to read something by Fiona Walker though, Kiss Chase is one my favorite books written by her.
