Chick considered himself to be an Independent Baptist and follower of the King James Only movement.

His comics can be considered to be controversial because they accuse Muslims, Catholics, Freemasons and other non-protestant religions of murder and diverse conspiracies.

Chick also ran his own publishing company named after himself.

This has a little more information on the occult than I prefer to know. 😱 It was a good warning and could still be a relevant message today.

I don’t care if someone out there thinks rock music came from malicious Druids intending to hypnotize people. The idea won’t get far. I personally think it’s ridiculous, and it implies that not only all rock musicians are evil and unoriginal, but also that druids don’t have anything better to do with their time. But really, the biggest issue I have with this is the glorified album/book/object burnings.

No matter the intentions, the mass destruction of art and knowledge is truly evil.

Great comic book

I highly recommend this christian comic book to anyone who wants to know the power of Jesus Christ and the tricks of the devil. Two thumbs up.

The Druids are behind everything fun, and if it's fun, you're probably going to hell.

In the 'freebie bin' at the public library, I found a bunch of 1978 printings of Jack Chick comics and hilarity ensues...
