I read this one from the library & found it to be a Very intriguing backstory/prequel on the life of Malcolm Powers. I'll have to cop my own copy for my personal library soon.

Hooked

I am officially hooked on The Bankroll Squad series. Reading Malcom showed me how he became who he is and I really enjoyed it. All the books I've read by this author are winners. As soon as I finish one I want more. I need more right now. The one thing I find unique about this author is he tells you what to look for next so you follow the series. Since i'm fiending for more Bankroll Squad, I gotta go order Lipstick Clique.

It was an excellent read. D.w. made you interact with the character you already loved. He showed you how Malcolm became a Boss. It was a good prequel because it made everything else fall in place. I definitely recommend this short story.

To know where Malcolm started & how he got where he is now , is a good thing to know! Definitely makes you want to read the Bankroll Squad series again to understand where he came from ; in the words of Veronica "It's All About The Bankroll"

I loved how David showed us how young Malcolm started out. He let us know why he started selling drugs and all. Great Job.

Good Read

I love this series. It was nice to see what made a person the way they are in the story. I think more authors should give background info on their characters.

Good

This short story was really good. It showed how Malcolm grew up to be the head of the Bankroll Squad.
