Are you looking for a fantastic story that sends shivers down your spine from all the discipline two dominant men can deliver? Then look no further. Sue Lyndon's latest novella, Claiming Their Maiden, provides a delightful diversion for those of us who enjoy a spanking tale, and I am pleased to say her first ménage story is very well done. While I usually prefer a possessive hero to those who are willing to share, Ms. Lyndon has provided a perfect combination in brothers Trent and Gavin who both claim and tame their mate, Amelia. One brother is of the night while the other is of the light, so they really cultivate two separate relationships with Amelia; yet dusk and dawn provide some interesting opportunities to solidify the fact that she is mate to both of them. I really like this book and especially enjoy Sue's creativity with her world-building in addition to the delectable ways her men discipline a fair maiden, so I highly recommend you pick up a copy and discover for yourself how riveting Claiming Their Maiden really is.

After Amelia is framed for murder, she flees her village and runs into the woods. The woods prove even more dangerous though, and she is rescued by one of the fabled “banded men.” One of the brothers had a vision from the Goddess that Amelia is to be their mate, so despite her protests, they keep her. Of course it takes some spanking to convince her. This short fantasy novella has a fairy-tale quality about it—a hot, sexy, steamy fairy tale. Whew! Loved the ménage scenes!

I have to admit that I didn't go into this one with very high expectations. Amazon has it listed as being 89 pages and the story ends at 75% so it is very short. I usually stay away from anything less than 100 pages and really I prefer more than that. I actually really enjoyed it though. I found the idea of the banded mates very refreshing. I like the balance of the day/night and light/dark aspects of the brothers. While there wasn't as much detail and world building as I would have liked, I didn't feel lost either. The spankings and punishments were well written. Some of the negative reviews I read are more kink shaming the discipline aspects than any sort of constructive criticism. Was it the best story I have ever read? No, but it was a great way to kill and hour or two.

A romance with quite a bit of punishment for the female character. She is running from the only home she ever knew. Scared and trapped between a giant spider and a giant cat. Awakens to a savior who says she is now his and his brother. I do love her smart mouth but I felt that she was punished for being strong. Still a hot and interesting read.

Hated the book. I usually love submission books but this was beyond, left it after four chapters, couldn't read it.
It was more like torture the mate more than punishing her.
If the twins claim her as goddess gift, why punish her so much? It was like watching a rape scene and that looked really pathetic in my eeyes this book was really not for me.
The books by this author, I think I should take precaution and read before I go crazy!!

Too much punishment
While I understand spankings in these books I found this one went overboard.. Young girl was taken as a mate against her will by twin brothers and then she was punished for everything. Mainly because her
"mates" got turned on . They loved her and would protect her but her own wants and needs meant nothing. This book went to far.

I got these 2 books to read and loved it. The three main characters are really well written. I love the plot, but it could have been written with a little more action in it. The love scenes are in need of a tad more heat. But just to say bubba bubba the men are great. I bought these two books because I was draw. To the covers and the introduction . The price is good. Keep writing Sue Lyndon I love reading all kinds of books.

I feel like I've read this story before but with different character names. I wasn't impressed nor intrigued with the plot and skimmed multiple pages. Somewhere after the main heroine received her second disciplined beating I stopped reading. The punishments to her were about spousal control and didn't add any type of eroticism nor did it allow me to like any of the characters.

It was pretty good. Other than the start to the story it felt too easy though. It could have used a little more… something. Maybe she’s captured and saved. Maybe she gets lost and their connection finds her. Just needed a little more to it.

I've enjoyed this kind of story since I read "The Taming of the Shrew. " A feisty heroine and a pair of brothers one dark, one fair. Fair Trent by day and dark Gavin by night. They both discipline her and love her into oblivion. The sex is hot and includes a 3way with anal sex. Sue Lyndon writes a great spanking story.
