Simple and easy cooking doesn’t have to mean boring food. Bill Granger has pulled together a lot of mouth-watering recipes that don’t need a lot of ingredients, are quick and simple to make and are as tasty as they look. Each recipe is accompanied by a picture, so you’re always sure of what yours should look like!

Several of the recipes are ones that he has made over the years and refined as he has gone along. As his family have grown and he has become more health conscious he gives alternatives for both a healthy and indulgent options. The white chocolate and blueberry cheesecake doesn’t have sugar in as the white chocolate is sweet enough.

Several of the recipes use the same basic ingredients, so if you keep a well stocked basic store cupboard, you’ll never be lost for a quick tasty meal.

His conversational and witty comments make this a good read as well as a good eat.
