It’s hard to give a good overview of WWI in such a short book, but even acknowledging that restraint, there was still much to be desired.

Pretty basic book, not very long for a book with "concise history" in its title. Basically covers the basic aspects of how the war started, some battles, and how it ended. Good book if you know little to nothing about the Great War.
