Quite possibly the worst nutrition counter ever published

Very few brands are represented. The publisher assumes you will disassemble your fast food. Common seeds (hemp. Chia, flax) are absent. No heading for salt content. Individual items are in the wrong categories. The layout of listings are inconsistent between categories. Go to a used book store and buy a twenty year old counter published by someone else.

Very difficult to use

Yes, this is a comprehensive list of carb values, but is so poorly formatted it is nearly impossible to use. Don't waste your money.

Awful

Seriously so hard to find what your looking for, useless! Don't waste your time or money, I'd give no stars if it was an option

A convenient pocket sized reference book that helps track nutrition information. If you are tracking what you eat, a book like this is invaluable. Looking up common foods is simple and quick.
