Everyone should read this!

I am so thankful that my health insurance company encouraged me to read this book. Learning to be proactive in your healthcare as we age, was totally inspiring to me. I am glad I recently joined Weight Watchers and am beginning to love the process of self care!!! Thanks to the author!
