RT France is my favorite Bible book commentary writer and his "what does the text say" approach is always appropriate. This is the first "Teach the Text" commentary I have read and its standard approach would make it a great tool for any lay teacher. I recommend anything Dr. France wrote and this series looks to be a winner as well for teachers.

A good entry in this commentary series. I am sad that it will not be continued. I think this series would be especially helpful for a lay teacher or anyone trying to teach through this book. Your mileage may vary on how helpful it is for preachers.
