No pictures and no nutritional information but I think some substitutions for a healthier option would work. Lots of different methods for making the bread and varieties. One as a dessert sounds real good. Other works by the author are highlighted at the end.
I enjoyed the variety of ingredients that be added to a basic corn bread recipe. Meats, veggies and combos of them can all be added. I never thought of corn bread as a dessert option.
