Complexity is overcome through experience and a new set of goals becomes a requirement for this growth!

The personal paradigm shift states CRISES CAUSES PARADIGM SHIFTS!

Unique Teamwork allows you to focus on your strength and use the teams strengths in areas you're weak!

The future based self is influenced by powerful goals. The past based self resists anything new where the future based self responds to new and bigger challenges.

No Entitlement as everything is created and earned!

2 Economies: Time and Effort Economy accounts for 80% of workforce as is guaranteed income and predictable activity where the Results Economy is based on desire for greater opportunity, income, and freedom of action!

The Entrepreneurial Time System: Free Day for rejuvenation (complete separation from work.) Focus Day for results (maximize concentration and complete freedom from non productive tasks.) Buffer Day for preparation (complete freedom from pressures and demands of focus day activities.)

Look to serve higher paying clients!

No Office Solution: The office is the least productive place for an entrepreneur.

The Referabilty Habits: Show up on time! Do what you say! Finish on time! Say please and thank you!

Delegate everything except your Unique Ability! Stop working on your weaknesses and stay in your genius (UA) zone!

4 stars for brevity, 2.5 for content. I love short books that get to the point, and Sullivan does. I think the purpose of this book is to promote his ideas and have people sign up for his seminars, which is where he makes all his money. It's a nice teaser, anyway.

For what the "book" (it's more like a pamphlet) is trying to accomplish, I think it does a great job. Great talking points for entrepreneurial success, and has benefit for non-entrepreneurs or those considering venturing out into "The Results Economy."

I never would have imagined that such a short book could contain so much valuable information.
