This cookbook has a lot of chicken recipes with all kinds of cooking methods: baking, grilling, frying, crockpot. They all were very simple. The directions are easy to follow. A lot of them I’ll be trying. I also found a couple of old ones that I used to do years ago and just forgot about. I only gave it a 4 star because it’s beyond my comprehension as to why anyone would produce a cookbook without a picture of the finished recipe!
I loved everything about this book! I always make the chicken the same and then I don’t even wanna look at chicken and I’m tired of the same kind. I don’t like many Mexican dishes or tomatoes on my chicken. I marked almost every recipe in here to make! Yeah! More chicken dinners! Thank you so much for this book. I love it. I will start making new recipes tomorrow ! 😊
While I wish there were photos for the recipes the directions are very clear and seem easily prepared. Have three lined up to try right away. The chicken stew crock pot is going to be my very first attempt .
No fluff..just great chicken recipes to inspire healthy eating. Includes recipes for a variety of cooking methods, i.e. grill, microwave, etc. See Pepsi or Coke Chicken....Yum!
Recipes are easy because most seasoning and prepping is left out. Doesn't really help those who don't know the basics. Plus, will be misleading and hurtful when served to others.
I'm 68 and try recipes as a hobby. This is by far the best chicken recipe book ever. I usually delete books after trying one or two recipes, but not this one!
This book is great. I have tried over 2 dozen of these recipes so far and have not been disappointed yet. I had weight loss surgery and was getting tired of making chicken the same way. was lucky to get this for free and I would pay the $2.99 on Amazon for it, the recipes are that good. And for me I can alter certain ingredients to fit with my diet. This book is a MUST HAVE for Chicken lovers. AWESOME AWESOME Book. Wish I could give you 10 Stars.
