Interesting theory, well researched and documented. I read the book "Wheat Belly" last year, and Dr. Davis says a lot of the same thing.
However, there is a big difference between giving up just wheat (which has made a huge difference for me) and giving up all processed foods, grains and dairy like this author advocates.
What I like about this book is how the author describes the consequences of what we are doing to ourselves, and what will happen if you start on this path and then decide to go back to processed foods. And, everything is documented.
