Wow. Annette Phillips has written with this one a Super Bible Study of the life of Abraham for Teens and Middle Schoolers!

What do you do if you're reading the King James Version of Genesis to a little kid? Well, naturally you leave out the lengthy genealogies and ALL the Who Begat Who's - kids will get too bored.

AND there will be too many leading questions!

So, for Teens and Preteens, at least, this little book - if they read one chapter at a time (and there is a test at the end of each one!) - will get a comprehensive overview of the life of our Legendary First Patiarch. The first Man of Faith, for a number of religions.

The language Annette uses is soft - pre-mollified - and easy.

For us adults the whole thing takes no time to read, because we're not struggling to remember the details - and we Christians might even already know them.

It's fantastic.

So, if you're reading it for pleasure, as devout teens might, you'll love it.

It's light -

Well written -

And spot-on with the details!
