I like the mind-body concept and I would include this book in that catagory but not in a typical way. The "light" of Time-Light refers to psychological weight (emotional baggage=Time-Heavy).
The author denies that a subconscious exists and creates a model of the self that contains three bodies, like the trinity, being the past, present, and potential. The past seems like the subconscious to me. Only the present body operates in time-space which is consistent with what I have read and agree with, that the subconscious does not know time. For me it is difficult to picture anything outside of time-space but I think he is onto something, at least his model is helpful in dealing with those demons from the past (subconscious) that haunt our emotions and health.
For those new to the mind-body idea this is probably a bit far out. If one has given serious thought and study to the idea this book will be at least intriguing and possibly life changing.
My 3-E rating:
Entertainment - 5
Edification - 7
Enlightenment - 8
I read it twice in May. It's an easy read.
