One of six free Kindle books I downloaded. Has a short sales pitch. Has an excellent list of the team members needed to start flipping houses (best descriptions of why you need them). Also only book of the lot encourage an investor to define objectives - what is your goal, what is your business model, etc.

Very genetic but useful. It definitely need more information and details about some topics but it is a good place to start.
