The book contains exactly what it claims to contain: very short and clear chapters on some of the more complicated issues of Buddhism. Very easy to read and inspiring.

Easily read book that talks about the teachings of Ajahn Chah and the Thai forest Buddhism. The book is well write and the points are so simple and make very much sense. Reading the book is the easy part. Practicing Dhamma is the hard part. Although most of the teaching are common and humane human sense, it’s good to be reminded of the things that are important in life.

I was given this book as a gift by a hotel I stayed at in Thailand in November 2019, just before the pandemic.
I read it twice whilst on holiday and it had a profound impact on me.
I consider it among the best books I've ever read.
