This was a very interesting book. Kahn basically breaks down the art of organizing into specifics for anyone about to take on this challenge. I live in a very, very poor area and kept imagining how I would apply each and every idea to this area as I was reading the book. I belive Kahn's ideas can be applied to other areas of organization, such as education, too. Of course, this book is not for everyone. I think the reader must have a passion for a cause before they will let themselves get lost in Kahn's work.

This is written by a friend of my mentor. It is said to be a required read for any young organizer.
