Anabelle has her whole life planned out and babies aren’t even on the horizon. When Prince Taros comes to stay in the hotel where she works, he sounds like exactly the sort of man she hates: rich, arrogant and fiercely traditional.
Then she meets him.
Will Taros be confounded by a woman who knows her own mind…or entranced by her? And will Anabelle stick to her beliefs or allow herself to be seduced by a man who wants her in his bed…and carrying his child?
I live and work in London--yes, I do have a day job (quite a boring one).
I write steamy, funny romance, often featuring curvy heroines.

I have been reading several stories of 'He Wanted Me Pregnant' series. They are fairly simular to each other all in all. What I have noticed is that each has a little something the others don't, kind of a lesson or bit of wisdom inside. That in and of itself is addicting and worth continuing to read each one.
This was the first one I read. I must say I started it a few times before actually completing it. I have a hard time with anyone who makes snap decisions about others based on their own prejudices. In this case a rich prince from a small conservative country.
This story is ridiculously unrealistic but also ridiculously fun. You need to totally suspend all your disbelief in order to enjoy this story and if you do, you will. I also really enjoy this particular trope, so that added to the fun. I think it stems back to my younger years when I watched the Jennifer Lopez movie "Maid in Manhattan" and loved it. This just made me feel nostalgic. Overall, a very fun read.
This review is from: The Maid and the Billionaire Prince (He Wanted Me Pregnant!) (Kindle Edition) Enjoyable quick read, Annabelle and the Prince meet when she brings him soap. He realizes immediately, that she is the one he wants to bear his children. Like a fairy tale, with a HEA, great bedtime story.
Annabelle worked at a hotel to pay the rent while going to college. Then a prince comes to town and takes up residence on the top floor of the hotel. She avoided him the whole week not being impressed. Then she had to go up to his suite and what she saw was a gorgeous man. But the prince wanted an heir and he found Annabelle beautiful. So how to seduce her?
One of my author friends had a list of free amazon books on her page so I decided to give some of them a shot. I just did not love this. While, it was fast and hot there was little substance. I just needed more. There was just little development in this novella.
This book was a really enjoyable short book to read. The only thing I would have liked better was if it was longer. Very well written and a good solid story. The one thing I really liked about this book was that it made me smile. Sometimes you need a happy, short book to read.
Fairytale with a modern twist. Love the books in this series because they make the impossible seem realistic. I'm looking to suspend reality for a little while and believe in Prince charming and love at first sight. Victoria Wessex did just that.
