A good refresh on simple behavioral tactics

This was a quick read. Putting easy to learn ideas into your toolbox. I look forward to trying them out.

Short, but useful.

Goes to show that a book doesn't need to be long to be of real use. These techniques will help at work.

Very informative


This book seemed realistic in some things and not so realistic in other areas. It is worth the read, however.

Quick read

This was a very easy and quick read. Gets to the point with basic psychology. I gave it 3 stars because it was pretty much common sense for me
