I'm a firm believer in the value of mouth-to-mouth marketing and the value of references. In this book the founder of BNI (Business Network International) Ivan R. Misner tells us his secrets. It's not enough to join a network, you must also do the right things. I think the book provides a good overview of this technique and in the end there is a good template for you to create your own WOMBAT plan (Word of Mouth Business Acquisition Tactics).
