Powerhouse project manager, Kyra Benson, loves her new job. If only her domineering boss wasn’t the bane of her existence and a boon to her fantasies. An office affair is out of the question, even though he's the sexiest thing she's been around in years, and if she’s going to keep her job and save her team, she’ll need to meet him on common ground…and find a way to protect her heart.

X2 Games CEO, Bryan Ross, has devoted his life to his company. The last thing he needs is to get sidetracked by a strong-willed, demanding woman who thinks she knows more about his business than he does. Even if he can’t get Kyra out of his head, she’s the one person who can save his business. But is he’s willing to make her an offer she can’t refuse—an offer for the boardroom and the bedroom.

Can the two adversaries negotiate a truce and find love? Or will business—and everything they've worked so hard for—come before pleasure?

Q Malone’s love of all things romance and adventure started with a tattered romantic suspense she borrowed from her cousin. It was a sultry summer afternoon in Ghana, and Q was a precocious thirteen. She's been in love with kick butt heroines ever since.

Waiting for her chance at a job as a ninja assassin, in the meantime Q works out her drama, passion and sass with fictional characters every bit as sassy and kick butt as she thinks she is.

Q Malone also writes Sexy Contemporary Romances and thrilling Superhero Romances as Nana Malone.

''Corporate Affairs'' was an engaging and sexy read! Although the H/h, CEO, Bryan Ross and Project Manager, Kyra Benson were in a constant battle in the workplace, they were also secretly very attracted to each other too. So with the help, hints and advice from their coworkers/friends Tom and Megan, they were able to put their relationship in a better arrangement within very sexy and hot ways while both discovering that they had nothing but love for one another!

Read this short novella and see how their story worked itself out with corporate intentions leading to sassy Kyra's home!

By the way Q. Malone is also Nana Malone~

A steamy hot quick read in a well written plot. The characters were well developed and the chemistry between the two main characters was fantastic. I would have loved to see it a bit longer, but it was still a great read.

Corporate Affairs...

This was a fantastic read. It was a short, sexy, and dramatic. Dominant boss vs a dominant woman that is just as stubborn. The sparks from the chemistry is crazy.

Love an office romance with two strong willed independent characters. You’ll love this story. Highly recommend this short hot book.

Wish it was longer. It was really fast paced. I guess only 46 pages so understandable. Really good overall

This is one of those guilty pleasure sort of books. It’s nice and short so perfect for before bed. The characters Kyra and Bryan are so attracted to each other they fight all the time. Fighting the passion? Perhaps. But it’s obvious their personalities business-wise don’t gel. Bryan even goes so far as to call out Kyra’s name while getting a blow job from another woman (that Kyra happens to overhear).

How do you work with someone you are so attracted to? Well, you quit or you get it out of your system ;) Bryan gives Kyra an offer: one kiss. If she doesn’t want it to go further he’ll never bother her again. Of course, that one kiss begins a make out session that almost leads to sex on Bryan’s desk!

The sex scenes had some heat to them but at times it felt too ‘play-by-play’. Put A onto B, rub C, repeat. The word choice could have been varied a bit more and I’d like a little more show and less tell as Kyra and Bryan get it on.

Since it was a romance we get a ‘happily ever after’. Overall it’s a good story of two people throwing caution to the wind and taking a chance.

I do love the cover. Sexy!

Corporate Affairs is a hot little novel that cuts out the crap and gets right down and dirty :) We get a little bit of background on Kyra and Bryan, but it doesn't bog us down with uninteresting facts that don't have a lick to do with the plot. Kyra is a kick-a$$ employee of Bryan's. She finds him irresistible; he finds her irresistible. She says no way because he's her boss; he says no way because she works for him. They are in a constant battle concerning the job Kyra's been hired to do, all while fighting the urges to throw themselves at one another. The sexual tension is outstanding. The author does a great job of creating sparks and electricity that can be seen by everyone around them, yet is fully denied by either. This is a great novella that has been written well and filled with very likable characters.

I call this book a fling, because it's hot, quick and done before I was. The author writes a real steamy short. But, it's so short. I was left wondering what happened to the characters. As this was an ARC from the author, I'm glad. Because if I had paid $2.99 for a short story, I would have been upset. It is a great erotica read. But not worth the price the author is asking for it. I mean, the synopsis is almost as long as the book. If the price is more reasonable, I would recommend this book to everyone! But as it stands, good story, I have to rate it the 4 stars the stories deserves, but I can't tell others they should get it.

Temptation 1

This seems to be a shorter book, more of a novella. There is a great storyline but is rather short and quick.
