9 Keys to Building Resilience: Health Psychology

Rate this book
Resilience, the ability not only to cope with adversity but to recover well and even to thrive, is of great benefit to us all. Rather than an inborn trait, it can be developed and maintained. Health psychology, in its biopsychosocial model and behaviorist approach, provides a multidimensional means of developing our resilience to its full potential. This book, eminently practical while including the latest research, covers 9 keys for building resilience.
