The author gives good advise for those who have to react to life's difficult conditions and triggers. I didn't rate the book higher because I believed that a section for those who bring life's difficulties would have made it balanced

It evolves around the Key Moment which are the moments in life where we face a situation and our emotions undergo a negative experience leaving us upset. Our response in such moments shapes our lives and happiness. The author explores the process we go through in such moments giving us the following stages : Triggering Incident - Meaning - Feeling - Action - Consequences. After explaining each stage of the process, the author explains how to deal with such cases going back and exploring our core beliefs which shape the meaning formed in our minds regarding the incident which in turn impact what action we take and consequences resulting.
