This cookbook has some good recipes that I've marked to try. Overall though there isn't much new here. Some basic recommendations - eat small meals throughout the day, fit in exercise where you can... If you are looking for some change-ups on the traditional chicken breast dinner, there are some simple suggestions in this book that add flavor but not a lot of fat and calories.

Most of the recipes were okay. Nothing looked delicious. I will try a few. What upset me the most was that about 1/4 of book was taken up with exercises I am unable to do (I am disabled.)

Also, quite a few pages of ads for Biggest Loser items.

Strawberry Soup. Seriously: this is why I bought the book; I've been searching for the recipe since 90's. There are many other great, healthy recipes in this book, and it's full of inspirational words from previous Biggest Loser contestants.
