It was good. Some very sensible and good ideas; some important distinctions between advocates and influencers, and a number of relevant case studies. I found myself skimming at some points, as “i get it” occurred to me, but it was a useful read; recommended by a colleague.

I would have much rather given this 3.5 stars. A lot of specefic examples that aren't applicable to my business. But there are good takeaways applicable to all types of businesses.
