Good Condensed Version Of Helpful Advice

This Book Breaks Down The Steps You Need To Take To Be Productive And Successful. While some of it is the same you get every where, it is still good information and it can help you keep track of where you need to be without being overwhelming.

Some of the suggestions in this book is are useful and can be applied by anybody. Actually some of the suggestions from one week or other are integrated parts of most people's life . Then are those suggestion that sound logical but are either use less or impractical, especially outside the united states or cannot be implemented by people from all walks of life.
Some readers might find the way these suggestions are presented not helpful. The author suggests some actions for each week in a specific order that might not suiteverybody's goal.
I found out that the audio version doesn't work for me. It is hard to go back to the useful points if you don't know the track number. I guess that I would have found a printed or electronic copy more beneficial.
All in all it isn't a great book but it is worth reading once. I would suggest borrowing it from a library and writing the points of interest down.

Great Goal Guidance

I actually didn't read this book as written, one chapter per week, but still found some amazingly insightful recommendations that I plan to use. As a matter of fact, I think it may have worked out well to have read it all the way through, and now, go back and read it week by week. It's definitely worth the time investment.

The format of the book, breaking goals down into weekly chunks, makes the volume stand out from other books of this type. Each of the chapters of the book offers inspiration, addresses common pitfalls and reasons why people often give up, as well as what to do about that. Helpfully, each chapter ends with an actionable task for that week that will get you closer to your goal.

The weekly format will be helpful particularly for people who have trouble following through with goals and resolutions or who want to stick to goal plans but aren’t sure how to put that into practice on a week-by-week basis. I think this would be a great companion book to any of the time management and goal setting books I recommended the other day on this topic, because of its practical application.

"You're a champion every day and in every way..."

If that will be pounded into your head like you're joining some sort of productive, positive cult. If you have any ambition at all, you might already be doing a lot of what's listed for later Mondays. Given that, I believe a lot of these tools will work if you have the patience to read it every Monday - instead of one sitting like I did.
