A Missouri native, Jane Myers Perrine earned her B.A. from Kansas State University and her M.Ed. in Spanish from the University of Louisville. She was a finalist in the Regency category of the Golden Heart Awards, and her short pieces have appeared in the Houston Chronicle and Woman's World magazine. A high-school Spanish teacher as well as an ordained minister, she currently lives in Texas with her husband, who is the minister of a local Christian church.

Happy, easy read, Christian, very nice.

i found this one a bit hard to believe.

unless a family is involved w/ a gang, or the mob, that many members don't usually end up in jail!

I think all of these steeple hill books are cute they do seem like the unbelievable and superficial love stories but i think theyre cute to read

This one was just OK. Couldn't really get into it as the story just wasn't that believable. Still it was a quick afternoon read.

3 1/2 stars. A moving story of tough times, difficult choices, family, faith, and four people who find love when they least expect it.

Dr Ana and Mike the orderly have sparks and are very aware of each other. Can their different backgrounds, family issues and struggles be overcome? What about the ex-cons the the family?
