When a lab accident turns Kitty into a human, Ambrose has to decide if he can do the right thing and develop a formula to turn him back into a cat or if falling in love with the man Kitty has become more important than his research. ** A Siren Erotic Romance
About Me I believes the only thing sexier than a man in cowboy boots is two, or three men in cowboy boots. I also believes in love at first sight, soul mates, true love, and happy endings.
I live in the great Northwest region of the USA, with my gorgeous husband and soul mate, two boxer/collie puppies, one old biddy cats, and three fish. When I'm not being a mother to my six teenagers or cleaning up after my two 70 pound lap puppies, you can usually find me cuddled in bed with a book in my hand and a puppy in my lap. Or on my laptop, creating the next sexy man for one of my stories.

What do I do ? I'm a writer of erotic, paranormal, werewolf, futuristic, contemporary, gay, and Ménage a Trois romances. I'm currently published with Siren Publishing, Torquere Press, and Noble Ellora's Cave.
Una amiga me pasó este libro y lo único que voy a decirles es que es totalmente una locura. Y turbio. Pero MUY turbio. Como 200% turbio. Lo terminé porque entre lo bizarro y los irreales datos de nanomedicina me reí un montón.
As much of a fan as I am of Stormy Glenn, reading the information about this book did very little for me. I wasn't even sure I was going to read it, buy it YES, I've got to keep my authors working, but read it...maybe not.
Well I'm glad I did, I haven't laughed that hard in a while. Between Kitty's view on his new body and the dialogue between the two of them I couldn't keep the smile off my face.
The editing on this was pretty bad at one point I thought there was a new character in a scene and I was trying to find were I missed him coming in I was ready to pull my hair out until I realised it was a typo. It was a funny read tho
This is such a funny story, which features not only an absentminded and highly intelligent scientist, but also a cat who has recently been transformed into a human by an experiment gone wrong—and has no clue how complicated life can be once he starts walking upright. With a wonderful mix between laugh-out-loud humor and some very hot lovemaking scenes, this story had me captivated from beginning to end. Highly entertaining!
Ambrose is not just your typical super-clever scientist, he is also a very loving man. His cat, by the name Kitty, means everything to him. Well, Kitty and Ambrose’s brother Stephan, who runs the business side of their enterprise. Ambrose just wants to do research and be left alone. I love how he doesn’t remember the names of his interns, driving one of them into total despair. I also liked how his caring side comes out where his cat is concerned. And once Kitty is human? Ambrose only becomes more possessive.
Kitty is a wonderful character. He is clearly a cat, and some of his explanations about the animal world were really funny, and so were his mannerisms as a human. I loved the way he still clearly thought (and often acted) exactly like a cat even once he had a human body. Kitty also gets to discover his courageous side, and I really enjoyed watching him fight for “his human”.
If you like drama-free stories that make you laugh, if you enjoy just a touch of tension and some evil villains, and if you’re looking for a fun, yet very hot love story between two extremely unlikely partners, then you will probably love this novella as much as I did.
I think the idea of a trilogy has always been there but first Stormy Glenn wanted to see how people react to having a sexual relationship with your pet, even if the pet turns into a human. With the doctor missing and Bugsy and Benny there is enough material for another 2 books :)
Here Kitty Kitty it is a okay book. I have fun reading it and all, but it felt a just off. Firstly kitty's reference about mostly humans did.. but I can forget because Kitty is a cat and everyone knows cats are smart (i am not a cat person but even i can tell)
The most I liked in this book is that Ambrose always explained science stuff, i like a lot when i learn during readings.
Well, it’s definitely cute. And there are funny bits.
However! I neither feel the romance much, nor is this in any way believable. And yes, I realize that believability in such a story must be considered extremely relative to begin with. But to enjoy this at all it needs to be taken with a humongous grain of salt. Don’t question anything – and in particular not Kitty’s human references and concepts.
Even so, something simply did not click for me. Cute and funny is all nice and well, but it’s difficult to take anyone seriously as who they are supposed to be. Okay, mostly Kitty. And to be honest, the onset of sexual interaction struck me as ethically murky at best.
While things picked up a little towards the end, they lost again for me during that last incongruous sex scene (in general, Kitty should never be shy about physical things; it makes zero sense). Plus I’d have preferred if the set-up for the rest of the series had remained contained to . Three volumes? Yep, just the right length for something like this. Do we really need ?
Despite my inability to “believe” in Kitty as a character, I appreciated his forceful attitude. It made him into the driving power in the relationship for the most part. Sadly that meant Ambrose lost a lot of his hazy-minded appeal over the course of the story and turned into just another blank, big dude.
So, overall this book was okay – with some high points. But I am considering putting off the second volume. I need a little more than this right now.
Okay, here's the deal. I laughed so hard in this. Kitty was ADORABLE! Seriously, his transformation and inner thoughts were amazing. Ambrose, well, he's so quirky that he was adorable as well. Was this kind of information overload? Yes. My brain hurt at times and my husband is a chemist and I had to keep asking him "is this right?" or "explain this, please." He broke it down in layman's terms for me, so I could comprehend it in my head rather than just reading words.
Kitty the human was hilarious and try was a cat. It made me laugh. Scratching post, tuna, hairballs, yarn, etc. adorable.
I really hope Bugsy and Benny get their own stories. They deserve it. Maybe Stefan might learn to laugh? I actually DO want to get to know Stefan more, he was intriguing and nothing like this brother.
Overall, I would like to see more from this series.
This was ... ok. The potential just didn't pan out for me. While Kitty can talk and all and has to learn everything else human.. he still has even up to the end cat like responses.. ie chasing a ball of yarn. The possibility of being able to switch back and forth and become true shifter was passed up, perhaps for the best. While I've got mild curiosity of following events concerning a beagle and a rabbit, it's probably not enough to keep me in the loop unless I'm bored.
I guess its the fact that Kitty actually acts like a cat in human form vs shifters that are one with the animal. To me these are VERY different and just almost felt like it could be a bestiality book except for he's human form instead.
I loved this book and I totally look forward to the next couple books...but as we know with our beloved Stormy Glenn we will be waiting months if not years for the sequel... I decided to classify this book under contemporary because although there is an animal that becomes human there is no paranormal aspect. The book follows the basic paranormal plot but without any magic...other than the magic that science can provide! ;-)
2.5 stars At the beginning, when Kitty wasn't affirmed as human but more of humanoid cat I didn't like book that much, but later as he became more and more cognizant and it was likable read
