I found the first volume a bit confusing, and this one’s even worse. Yet I’ve just bought the third one, so I must be finding something in this series...

Let’s be honest, it’s not perfect. The narrative isn’t fluid, with complicated ellipses and unclear relationships between characters, a situation made worse by fragmented accounts of characters – those from the moon – whom we hardly ever see and who need to be linked to their earthly reincarnations, whose feelings are as confused as the reader’s. I’ll gloss over the ease with which our charming teenagers accept the situation.

But this volume sheds some light on the situation. Rin takes on the central role of the one who knows but is playing his cards close to his chest – at this stage, it’s impossible to tell if his motives are sincere – and his agenda. The characters are charming – apart from Rin, who remains a complete arsehole – the drama builds with Hahuriko’s guilt and Tamura’s inability to control the situation, but Saki Hiwatari knows how to sprinkle in small doses of humour to ease the tension.

More 3.5* than 4, but I’ll round it up.

Tristísimo lo de Shion… pero es que me da mucho miedo lo que vaya a hacer Rin en el futuro. Ojalá pronto regresen los recuerdos de Alice. Peak PSME 🛐

Il bimbetto è inquietante.

Ho fatto un po' più di fatica a leggere questo secondo volume. Tante interruzioni, anche se non sempre dipendevano dal contenuto del volume. Il personaggio preferito, per il momento, sembra essere Tamura. Vediamo come procederà la sua parte di storia.

Non son ancora riuscita a trovare un modo per empatizzare con Arisu/Mokuren e la sua storia. E devo ancora familiarizzare con tutti i personaggi.

Adesso spero che i restanti volumetti, che ho comprato di seconda mano, arrivino prima che io torni nel mio eremo austriaco.

Cinco de los siete protagonistas se han reunido, cuatro de ellos han aceptado su reencarnación, sin embargo Alice no acepta esta situación.

Shuukaido y Shion comparten un terrible pasado, entiendo porque quiere venganza.

Pobre Enju es difícil tener esa conciencia y ese cuerpo, las cosas se le van a complicar

Questo secondo volume è stato ancora più bello del primo. La storia si sta facendo sempre più misteriosa ed interessante.
